At English Intellect Learners, we strive to ensure satisfaction with your learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for paid memberships and services.


1. Free Memberships

Our Regular membership tier is free and does not require any payment. No refund is applicable for free membership access.


2. Paid Memberships

We currently offer paid membership tiers that unlock premium content and features. Please review the conditions below for refund eligibility.

a. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your membership purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original payment, provided that:

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the available content within your plan.
  • You are making your first refund request for that membership level.

To request a refund, email us at support@english.intellectlearners.com with your account details and reason for the request.


b. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Subscription renewals (unless canceled before the renewal date).
  • Trial memberships that convert to paid automatically if not canceled.
  • Partial use or inactivity on your account.
  • Downloaded resources or materials.

3. Recurring Subscriptions

If your plan renews monthly or annually, you are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

To cancel:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to My Account > Membership.
  • Click โ€œCancelโ€ next to your subscription.

No refunds are issued for unused time after renewal unless requested within the 14-day refund window mentioned above.


4. Course Purchases (If Offered Separately)

If we offer one-time course purchases outside the membership plan, those are subject to a 7-day refund policy, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.


5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment processor.
