Module 1
Nouns
In this module, we will explore the fundamental role of nouns in English grammar. You will learn to identify and use different types of nouns, including common and proper nouns, which distinguish between general and specific names; countable and uncountable nouns, which help express quantity accurately; and concrete and abstract nouns, which separate physical objects from ideas and emotions. We will also cover how to form and use plural nouns, including regular and irregular forms. This module lays a strong foundation for clear and correct sentence construction.
Module 2
Pronouns
In this module, we will focus on the effective use of pronouns to avoid repetition and enhance clarity in communication. You will learn about personal pronouns (e.g., he, she, they) used to replace specific people or things, and possessive pronouns (e.g., mine, yours) that show ownership. We’ll also explore reflexive pronouns (e.g., myself, themselves), used when the subject and object are the same, and indefinite pronouns (e.g., someone, everything), which refer to non-specific people or things. This module will help you use pronouns confidently and correctly in both speech and writing.
Module 3
Articles
In this module, you will learn how to use articles—the small but essential words a, an, and the—to make your sentences more precise and natural. We’ll begin with an introduction to the usage of a and an, focusing on when and how to use them correctly. Then, we’ll explore the difference between definite (the) and indefinite (a/an) articles, helping you understand how each one affects meaning and clarity. This module will strengthen your ability to choose the right article in various contexts.
Module 4
Adjectives
In this module, we will explore how to use adjectives to add detail and description to your sentences. You will learn to identify and apply common adjectives to describe people, objects, and situations, as well as possessive adjectives like my, your, and their to show ownership. We’ll also look at personality adjectives to express character traits and emotions, and cover the correct order of adjectives when using more than one in a sentence. This module will help you describe the world around you more clearly and expressively.
Module 5
Verbs
In this module, you will build a strong foundation in using verbs, the essential building blocks of any sentence. We will start with the basic verbs “to be”, “to do”, and “to have”, exploring their forms and functions as both main and auxiliary verbs. You’ll also learn how to use action verbs to describe everyday activities, and be introduced to regular and irregular verbs in the simple past tense. This module is designed to help you express actions, states, and ownership clearly and confidently.
Module 6
Tenses
In this module, you will learn how to use simple verb tenses to talk about actions in the past, present, and future. We’ll begin with the simple present tense to describe habits, routines, and general truths. Then, we’ll move to the simple past tense for actions that have already happened, and the simple future tense to discuss plans or predictions. You’ll also explore how the present simple tense can be used to refer to scheduled future events. This module will help you speak and write clearly across different time frames.
Modules 7
Questions
In this module, you will learn how to ask questions accurately and confidently in English. We’ll cover yes/no questions, which use auxiliary verbs for simple answers, and Wh- questions, which begin with words like who, what, where, when, why, and how to gather specific information. By mastering these basic question forms, you’ll be able to engage in everyday conversations, ask for details, and communicate more effectively.
Module 8
Adverbs
In this module, you will discover how adverbs enhance your sentences by providing more information about actions. You’ll learn to use adverbs of frequency (e.g., always, often) to talk about how often something happens, adverbs of manner (e.g., quickly, neatly) to describe how actions are done, adverbs of time (e.g., today, now) to indicate when something happens, and adverbs of place (e.g., here, there) to show location. This module will help you speak and write with greater clarity and detail.
Module 9
Prepositions
In this module, you will learn how prepositions connect ideas by showing relationships between words in a sentence. We’ll cover prepositions of place (e.g., in, on, under) to describe location, prepositions of time (e.g., at, on, in) to express when something happens, and prepositions of movement (e.g., to, from, into) to show direction. This module will help you use prepositions accurately to create clear and meaningful sentences.
Module 10
Determiners
In this module, you will focus on two commonly used determiners—some and any—and how they function in everyday English. You’ll learn to use “some” in affirmative statements and polite offers, and “any” in negative statements and questions. This module will help you choose the right word to express quantity and make your speech and writing more natural and grammatically correct.
